Time is the greatest limited resource that we have at our disposal, how we use this limited resource determines our success levels and the greatest way to use this limited resource is through leverage, unless you leverage your time with other people’s time you will not be able to accomplish high levels of success in any project, the greatest element to living through priority is to find a way to delegate what is the least important to you to someone else in order for you to be able to concentrate and grow your strengths. The exercises below can help you know what to prioritize your day around and what to delegate.

1. Define the project that you are working on the day?

2. Ask what are the top 3 priority actions that I can take today that will add the greatest value to the project?

3. What are the top 3 things that I can delegate to others and to whom can I delegate these tasks?

You will find that by doing these exercises every day, you will eventually unlock your inner strengths and outsource your weaknesses to someone who has great strength in your weakness.

No matter the project that you are working on success or failure will depend on what you prioritize or fail to prioritize, deciding on what is the highest priority is closely linked to strategizing, when a strategist puts together a strategy, he/she analyses the strengths and weaknesses and sets out to create a platform or environment where the strengths can be applied to the available limited resources to meet the end goal.
